U.S. Shipping Times: Most orders are shipped
in 0- 2 business days of
receipt. You will receive a confirmation email after your
order is placed, and another after your order is shipped. Because of
our real-time inventory system, we aren't usually out of stock of
something that you have ordered. But mistakes do happen
occasionally! If we are out of something you ordered, we will send
you an email asking how you would like to handle the sitution. Please make
sure you give an accurate email address and phone number so that your order is
not held up.
U.S. Shipping rate: Our flat-rate
shipping price is $7.95. We currently ship
most orders within the United States via USPS priority mail, and include
delivery confirmation at no extra charge to you.
International Shipping: Please select "outside U.S -
$20 estimate" at checkout. If your shipping cost exceeds $20, we will
email you with instructions for paying the additional shipping due.
Your order won't ship until the additional shipping is paid. We always
write accurate information on all customs forms. Customer is responsible
for all customs taxes and fees. |

Satisfaction:
We want you to be 100%
satisfied with your shopping experience. All orders are inspected thoroughly and packed
carefully. We double check all orders,
and pack them safely and securely. If a mistake is made in your order, or if your
products are damaged in transit, please send us an email within 3 days of receipt of the order
and we will resolve
it.
Returns are accepted only with a return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) for a no questions asked refund, minus shipping, handling and
a 25% restocking fee. To receive your refund you must contact our office
within 3 days of receipt of order. All items must be returned in original,
unopened condition.

Payment: We
accept payment securely online by American Express, Discover, Mastercard,
Visa, and PayPal. Due to a high number of unpaid
orders and bounced checks, we no longer accept checks or money
orders. For your security, we require CVV and billing address
verification. Your CVV number is a 3 or 4 digit number that is
found on the front right of your American Express card or the back
right side of your Discover, Mastercard and Visa, as shown in this
picture:

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only
receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they
have placed on-line. Please provide us with your name and phone
number. We may need it to process your order.

relationships with any ad server companies. From time to time, we
may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change
at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for
